Our concluding analysis ranks Virginia as the weakest among the six states in this study. It ranks in the bottom half among all indicators. Ohio comes in 4th place behind New York and Florida who tie the middle with a varying range of rankings. Texas comes in at number two with a single number one ranking in Military Presence and varying ranks in the middle to lower ranges for all other indicators. California ranks the highest among the six states having the most number 1 rankings across the tested indicators.
Overall, Florida ranks number one in the indicator of Sports & Tourism and ranks in the top 3 in the indicators of Military Presence, Education, Ports, Tourism, and Congressional Connection.
